Siyu Pan 潘思雨
My name is Siyu Pan. I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Northern Arizona University. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Georgia State University in the summer of 2020. Prior to that, I received my M.A. from the Department of Economics at Vanderbilt University and my B.A. in international trade from the School of Economics at Renmin University of China.
My main fields of research are Environmental Economics and Economic History. Specifically, nonmarket valuation of environmental amenities, and pre-modern Chinese housing markets.
I have taught a series of courses in microeconomics, environmental economics, and economic history at Northern Arizona University, and previously at Oberlin College and Georgia State University.
